Description:
The 12157A was a battery backup for the 20-card HP 1000 A Series computers. The 12157A provided 15 to 90 minutes of power, depending on the configuration of the computer. The 12157A PCB plugged in to the computer's power supply with an edge connector and the 6-cell SLA battery pack (12V) fit on a shelf just behind and beneath the power supply.
