Asynchronous ports (8) control board for HP 250.
These boards can be a little tricky to diagnose. A faulty ASI board will prevent the 250 from booting. The most obvious pre-boot fault occurs when no terminal output appears when the computer is turned on. The most obscure fault we have experienced occurred at the end of the operating system load. The computer froze after the LOADING DROMS message was displayed.^ TOP
