The 98705 was a graphics processor used with Series 300, 400 and 700 computers for wire frame and solids design. The 98705A had a frame buffer of 8 planes. The 98705B had a frame buffer of 16 planes. The 98705C was the same as the 98705A but with a slower transform engine.
