Description:
The 2737A was HP's first paper tape reader. It was introduced with the 2116A. The 2737A had a read speed of 300 characters per second. The 2737B was the same as the 2737A but also included a dispensing and take up reel.
These tape readers were made by Remex Electronics. The Remex model number for the 2737A was RTO302RA/S44. The Remex model number for the 2737B was RTS0302RC/S43.
