Description:
The 2894A was a combination paper card reader/punch. It came in a desktop configuration.
The 2894A could read 200 cards per minute and punch up to 75 cards per minute. It came with two input hoppers with capacities of 400 and 600 cards and two output hoppers each with a capacity of 400 cards. The 2894A was sold primarily with HP 3000 systems as part number 30119A. It was also sold on HP 2100 computer systems as subsystem 12989A.
